The same sheet, every time
Each document you extract with the Parser Template is added at the bottom of the linked sheet, whether it came from Data Lab, the API or Zapier.
Link a Parser Template to a Google Sheet once. Every invoice, receipt or order you extract after that lands as new rows, one row per line item, with no Zap and no copy and paste.
Each document you extract with the Parser Template is added at the bottom of the linked sheet, whether it came from Data Lab, the API or Zapier.
Each invoice line gets its own row, with the invoice number, vendor and date repeated, so you can filter, sort and pivot straight away.
Prefer a fresh file? Export any Data Lab batch to a new spreadsheet in one click, with a formatted header row.
A Parser Template is the list of fields you want from each invoice, receipt or order. Upload one sample and the AI suggests the fields, or start from a ready-made one in the template library. Every supplier's layout then comes back with the same fields.

Open the Parser Template and scroll to Integrations at the bottom of the page. On the Google Sheets row, click Connect. You can also connect from Settings > Integrations.
Google asks you to choose an account and allow access. ParserBee can only see files it creates in your Drive and sheets you pick for it; nothing else in your Google account.
Click Set up on the Google Sheets row, then pick one:
Click Save Integration.
Extract documents as usual: a batch in Data Lab, a call to the API, or a Zap. Each one is added as new rows at the bottom of the sheet. Only documents you extract after setup are added.
The row now shows the sheet's name. Open takes you to it, and the ... menu has Change sheet, Pause or Resume, and Remove integration (the sheet and its rows stay in your Drive).
In Data Lab, run a batch, then click Export to Google Sheets next to Download as Excel, Export as CSV and Print to PDF. ParserBee creates a new spreadsheet, writes every row with a formatted header, and opens it in a new tab.
Every export makes a new file; it never overwrites an earlier one.
Send us one sample document and tell us where the data should go. Our team builds the Parser Template, connects Google Sheets and checks the first rows with you, end to end. Stuck halfway? Send a message and we pick it up from exactly where you are.

Columns follow your Parser Template, with three extra columns that tell you where each row came from.
| Column | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Source File | The name of the document the row came from |
| Your fields | One column per field, named after it: invoice_number becomes Invoice Number. List fields such as line items get one row per item. |
| Extracted At | When ParserBee read the document |
| ParserBee Reference | A code for the extraction. Quote it if you contact support about a row. |
ParserBee finds each column by the name in row 1. If you rename a heading, it adds a new column with its own name.
Add a field to the Parser Template and its column appears at the end of the sheet with the next document.
Use a separate Parser Template, and a separate sheet, for each document type.
Pause stops new rows and keeps the setup. Resume carries on from the next document.
Settings > Integrations > Disconnect removes ParserBee's access. Your sheets stay in your Drive.
Data Lab downloads any batch as an Excel or CSV file, with the same one-row-per-line layout.
No. Google Sheets is built into ParserBee: link a Parser Template to a sheet and every extraction is added on its own. Use Zapier only if you also want to send the data to other apps.
Only files it creates and sheets you pick for it. It cannot see, edit or delete anything else in your Google account.
Yes. ParserBee reads digital PDFs, scanned PDFs and photos (JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC), so a crumpled receipt and a supplier's PDF land in the same sheet.
Each line item gets its own row, and the invoice's own fields (number, date, vendor, total) are repeated on every row. A document with no list fields is one row.
No. Only documents you extract after you save the integration are added. To get older results into a sheet, run them through Data Lab again and use Export to Google Sheets.
No. You pay only page credits for the extraction itself: 1 per page. Paid plans start at $29 per month; see pricing.
Invoices, receipts, purchase orders and more, read once and sent where your team works.
