Every extraction, every source
Documents from Data Lab, the API and Zapier all land in the same table, a few seconds after each extraction.
Link a Parser Template to an Airtable table once. Every document you extract after that becomes rows in your base, with a column for every field and the file attached to each row.
Documents from Data Lab, the API and Zapier all land in the same table, a few seconds after each extraction.
A new table gets a column for every field. Add a field later and its column is created with the next document.
Each row carries the file name, the document itself and a reference code, so your team can check, tag and approve in Airtable.
A Parser Template is the list of fields you want from each document. Upload one sample and the AI suggests the fields, or start from a ready-made one in the template library. Every supplier's layout then comes back with the same fields.

Open the Parser Template, scroll to Integrations, and click Connect on the Airtable row (or use Settings > Integrations).
Airtable asks which bases ParserBee may use. Pick one or more, then click Grant access. ParserBee can only see those bases. It adds rows, adds columns when your Parser Template needs them, and never deletes anything.
Click Set up, pick the Airtable base, then the Table:
Click Save Integration.
Extract a document in Data Lab, through the API or with Zapier, and the rows appear in Airtable a few seconds later. Only documents you extract after setup are sent.
Open goes straight to the table. The ... menu has Change table, Update columns (puts back a column you deleted by mistake), Pause or Resume, and Remove integration.
Send us one sample document and tell us where the data should go. Our team builds the Parser Template, connects Airtable and checks the first rows with you, end to end. Stuck halfway? Send a message and we pick it up from exactly where you are.

Rows work like the Excel export: one row per list item, with the document's own fields repeated on every row so you can filter, sort and group.
| Column | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Source File | The file name of the document |
| Your fields | One column per field, named after it. Number and yes/no fields get number and checkbox columns. |
| Document | The document itself, as an Airtable attachment |
| Extracted At | When ParserBee read the document |
| ParserBee Reference | A code for the extraction. Quote it if you contact support about a row. |
Each Parser Template sends to one table. Several Parser Templates can share a table if you like.
ParserBee keeps sending to a renamed column. Delete one and it stops filling it until you click Update columns.
Columns ParserBee does not use (notes, status, owner) are never touched.
A date goes to a date column only when it cannot be misread, like 2026-05-22. 05/06/2026 stays text rather than risk swapping day and month.
Airtable's free plan holds 1,000 rows per base. When a base is full, Airtable refuses new rows.
If you can only edit a base, pick an existing table that already has the columns you need.
No. Airtable is built into ParserBee, so there is no Zap to build or pay for. Zapier is still useful if you also want to send the data to other apps.
Only what the integration needs, in the bases you pick: add rows, and add columns when your Parser Template needs them. It never deletes anything in Airtable.
Yes. Pick it in setup. Columns whose names match your fields are filled, a column is added for each field with no match, and your other columns are left alone.
Each line item gets its own row, with the invoice's own fields repeated on every row. A document with no list fields is one row.
Yes. The free plan holds 1,000 rows per base; when a base is full, Airtable refuses new rows until you make room or upgrade.
No. You pay only page credits for the extraction itself: 1 per page. Paid plans start at $29 per month; see pricing.
