Send document data to the tools you already use
ParserBee reads your invoices, receipts and orders, then puts the data in Google Sheets, Airtable or any app you reach with Zapier, Make, n8n or Power Automate.
Set up once, every document lands on its own
Link a Parser Template to a sheet or a table. Every extraction after that, from Data Lab, the API or Zapier, is added as new rows. No Zap, no workflow, nothing to maintain.
Google Sheets
Every document you extract with a Parser Template is added to the same sheet, one row per line item. Or export a Data Lab batch to a new sheet in one click.
Read the guide →Airtable
Link a Parser Template to an Airtable table and every extraction becomes rows, with the original file attached and new columns added for you.
Read the guide →Connect ParserBee to thousands of apps
Start a workflow when a document arrives by email, in a folder or from a form, let ParserBee read it, then send the fields to your accounting tool, CRM, chat or database.
Zapier
Add the Extract Data From Document action to any Zap, then send the fields to Xero, QuickBooks, Slack, a CRM or thousands of other apps.
Read the guide →n8n
Import one of four ready-made workflows (Gmail, Google Drive, a folder or a webhook), paste your API key and template ID, and run it.
Read the guide →Make
One HTTP module sends each attachment or file to ParserBee and returns the fields, ready to map into Google Sheets, Xero or any Make app.
Read the guide →Power Automate
Call ParserBee from a cloud flow with the HTTP action and get structured data from PDFs, scans and photos in SharePoint, OneDrive or Outlook.
Read the guide →Or just export a batch
Data Lab takes a stack of documents and gives you one table. Download it as Excel or CSV, print it to PDF, or send it to a new Google Sheet in one click. It is the fastest way to clear a month of invoices without building anything.
- Upload a whole batch of PDFs, scans and photos at once
- Review every row before you export
- One row per line item, ready for a pivot table
See it step by step in the bulk conversion walkthrough.
Which integration should you use?
| Integration | How it connects | Best for | Set-up | You need |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Sheets | Built in | A running log of invoices, receipts or orders that the whole team can see | About 2 minutes | A Google account |
| Airtable | Built in | Teams that review, approve or track documents in a base | About 2 minutes | An Airtable account |
| Zapier | Zapier app | Connecting to accounting tools, CRMs and chat without code | About 10 minutes | A Zapier account (multi-step Zaps need a paid plan) |
| n8n | Free workflows | Self-hosted automation and teams that want full control of each step | About 10 minutes | n8n Cloud or self-hosted n8n |
| Make | HTTP module | Visual scenarios with routers, filters and many apps | About 15 minutes | A Make account |
| Power Automate | HTTP action | Microsoft 365 teams working in SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook | About 15 minutes | Power Automate Premium (the HTTP action is premium) |
| REST API | Developers | Your own app, scripts and AI assistants (MCP) | About 5 minutes | An HTTP client, or the Python or Node.js library |
Three steps, whichever tool you pick
- 1
Build a Parser Template
Upload one sample and the AI suggests the fields, or start from the template library.
- 2
Connect your tool
Click Connect for Google Sheets or Airtable, or paste your API key into Zapier, Make, n8n or Power Automate.
- 3
Documents become rows
Every supplier's layout comes back with the same fields, one row per line item, wherever your team works.
Stuck, or short on time? We will set it up with you.
Send us one sample document and tell us where the data should go. Our team builds the Parser Template, connects your tool and checks the first rows with you, end to end. Stuck halfway? Send a message and we pick it up from exactly where you are.
- We build or fine-tune the Parser Template for your documents
- We connect your tool and test it with a real document
- We fix whatever is blocking you, at any step

Integration questions
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Every integration is included. You pay only page credits for each extraction: 1 per page. New accounts get 25 free pages, and paid plans start at $29 per month; see pricing. Zapier, Make, n8n and Power Automate have their own plans.
Which integration should I start with?
If you want a running list of invoices, receipts or orders, start with Google Sheets or Airtable: they are built in and take about two minutes. To reach accounting tools, a CRM or chat, use Zapier, Make or n8n.
Can ParserBee send invoices to QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes, through Zapier, Make or n8n: ParserBee reads the invoice, and the automation tool creates the bill in QuickBooks Online or Xero. There is no direct ParserBee connector for accounting software.
Do I need to write code?
No. Google Sheets, Airtable and Zapier are point and click. The n8n workflows are ready to import, and Make needs one HTTP module that you fill in from our guide. Developers can use the API, Python and Node.js libraries.
Can one Parser Template send to Google Sheets and Airtable at the same time?
Yes. Each Parser Template has its own Integrations section, and every extraction is sent to each tool you set up there.
Which documents work with the integrations?
Any document a Parser Template can read: invoices, receipts, purchase orders, bank statements, bills of lading, delivery notes and more, as digital PDFs, scans or phone photos. See the template library.
Can a new document in ParserBee start a Zap?
Not yet. In Zapier, ParserBee is an action: a Zap starts in another app (a new file, email or form) and sends the document to ParserBee. To push every extraction somewhere on its own, use the built-in Google Sheets or Airtable integration.
Stop copying data between tools
Read each document once and send it everywhere your team works.
