Common questions
What is a credit?
One credit equals one document parsed. A document can be a single-page PDF, a multi-page invoice, a receipt photo, or any other supported file. Multi-page documents count as one credit regardless of page count.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset each billing cycle. They do not roll over. If you consistently use fewer credits than your plan allows, downgrading or staying on the free tier may be a better fit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately and the new plan takes effect right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What is a template?
A template defines the specific fields you want to extract from a document type. For example, an invoice template might pull out vendor name, invoice number, line items, and total. You set it up once and ParserBee uses it on every document that follows.
Is there a free plan?
Every new account starts with 25 free document credits. No credit card required. Use them to test ParserBee with your own documents before choosing a plan.
What happens if I go over my credit limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly credits. Documents submitted after the limit is reached are queued and processed when the next billing cycle starts, or you can upgrade to continue immediately.
