Common questions
What is a page credit?
One page credit equals one successful page parsed. A page can be a single-page PDF, a page in an invoice, one receipt photo, or any other supported file as one document will be counted as one credit. Multi-page documents will be billed as per the page count.
Do unused page credits roll over?
Credits reset each billing cycle. They do not roll over. If you consistently use fewer credits than your plan allows, downgrading or staying on the free tier may be a better fit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately and the new plan takes effect right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What is a template?
A template defines the specific fields you want to extract from a document type. For example, an invoice template might pull out vendor name, invoice number, line items, and total. You set it up once and ParserBee uses it on every document that follows.
Is there a free plan?
Every new account starts with 25 free document credits. No credit card required. Use them to test ParserBee with your own documents before choosing a plan.
What happens if I go over my credit limit?
Once your page credits are used up, new documents won’t be processed until your credits refresh at the start of your next billing cycle. You can see your remaining page credits anytime in your dashboard. Need to keep going right away? Upgrade your plan and the new credits are added to your balance immediately.
